In your ETK folder you will see two files.. one called "Backup" and another called "Restore".
I added these because many software updates will delete temporary files.
The "Backup" file will backup all your goals and login info for each bot in ETK
The "Restore" file will restore all your goals and login info for each bot in ETK.
