EvonyToolKit 1.0.1.5

This has been a long update coming. The changes are minor yet huge. You can now use ETK with RE without using proxifier. To do this you must use the RE EXE version released by RE makers. I did this because the SWF lacked the permissions to use proxies. Currently you have to redo goals to use the none proxified ETK client. I am working on a mass update/convert to RE none proxified. But its not quite ready.
